NATIONAL SHIPPING

At Sqūare Madrid, we want your shopping experience to be as convenient and satisfactory as possible. For this reason, we offer free shipping to the peninsula for all orders placed in our online store. Regardless of the amount of your purchase, you will not have to pay shipping costs.

The estimated delivery time is 24 - 48 hours, except in high season dates when delivery is extended to 72 business hours.

Shipping and exchange management will be in charge of the distribution company Nacex.

I don't know if they ship outside the Peninsula, excluding the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands, as well as Ceuta and Melilla.

NATIONAL CHANGES

We understand that sometimes, you may want to make a change to your order. At Sqūare Madrid, we offer you the facility of making a first change for free. If you need to change the size or model of the belt you purchased, simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to help you with the exchange process.

All costs associated after the first change will be assumed by the client.

NATIONAL RETURNS

Free Returns

Our top priority is customer satisfaction. Therefore, we offer a free returns service to the peninsula to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases.

Conditions

Deadline: Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order.

Product Condition: The belt must be in its original condition, with no signs of use or damage.

Prior Contact: Before making any returns, please contact us so we can provide you with the proper instructions and process.

Return Process:

  1. Initial Contact: Send an email to our customer service team at info@squaremadrid.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  3. Proper Packaging: Be sure to package the product securely to prevent damage during transportation. The belt must be placed inside the tin and the original box in which it was received. If the can is not available, Sqūare Madrid will deduct €5 from the total amount to be refunded to cover packaging costs.
  4. Return Shipping: The customer will receive instructions to make the return without any associated cost.
  5. Return Processing: Once we receive and verify the status of the returned product, we will process the return within 10 business days.
