Any questions?

we solve them for you

I don't know what my size is...

If you need guidance on your size, we offer you an easy formula: the belt size is equivalent to twice the pant size. For example, if you wear pants size 36, the total would be 72 (36+36). In this case, the approximate size would be 75 cm, which corresponds to a size S. We always round up.

Choose a slightly larger size to take advantage of our extra 3 cm of length, ensuring comfort on any part of the body.

You can also opt for traditional waist or hip measurement. Place a tape measure around your body, making sure it is close to the skin but not too tight. It should allow for a slight twist. If you prefer to wear the belt at hip height, repeat the process. Once you have the measurement in centimeters, find the equivalent size.

You can see the size equivalence in the Size Guide

If I am between two sizes, which one should I choose?

When you have measured your circumference and are between two sizes, for example, if you measure 74 cm at the waist, we recommend choosing the larger size, that is, 75. This will ensure a better visual fit of the belt.

Why do you provide 3cm extra length on the belts?

At Sqūare, we advocate for sustainable and long-lasting fashion. For this reason, we add an additional 3 cm to all our belts, with the exception of the Nickel Carbon Maxi model. Given its width, it would not be comfortable to carry it on the hip. This additional measurement ensures that our belts look perfect on any part of the body, avoiding a strap that is too short when placed on the hip.

Can I wear my belt on my hips and waist?

Thanks to the additional 3 cm we offer, you can wear your belt comfortably on any part of the body, ensuring a visually attractive look.

What does conscious fashion mean?

At Square Madrid "conscious fashion" means adopting a responsible and ethical approach to the fashion industry. It involves considering the social, environmental and ethical impact of purchasing and production decisions in the world of fashion. This includes choosing sustainable materials, promoting fair working conditions in the supply chain and encouraging environmentally friendly manufacturing practices. Conscious fashion is also about promoting the durability and longevity of garments, rather than following the trend of fast, disposable fashion. In short, conscious fashion seeks to balance a passion for fashion with responsibility towards people and the planet.

What fabrics have been used to make my belt?

Synthetic fabrics 100% free of fibers of animal origin.

What processes have you avoided to promote environmentally friendly manufacturing practices?

At Square Madrid we made the decision not to dye the edges of the belts due to the negative impacts on the environment. Some of the negative environmental impacts associated with edgebanding include:

  1. Water Consumption : The dyeing process often requires large amounts of water for washing and rinsing the belts. Excessive water abstraction and consumption can deplete local water resources and impact aquatic ecosystems.
  2. Water Pollution : Chemicals used in dyes can leach into water, contaminating nearby rivers, streams, and bodies of water. This can have negative effects on aquatic life and the quality of water for human consumption.
  3. Greenhouse Gas Emissions : Depending on the chemicals and tinting process, dye manufacturing may be associated with the emission of greenhouse gases, contributing to climate change.
  4. Chemical and Solid Waste : The production of dyes can generate chemical and solid waste, some of which can be toxic. Improper disposal of this waste can have negative impacts on soil and water.
  5. Use of Toxic Chemical Substances : Some dyes and chemicals used in the tinting process can be harmful to human health and the environment if not handled properly.
  6. Energy Consumption : The production and application of dyes often requires energy, and depending on the source of this energy, can contribute to the carbon footprint of the process.
